The Omnium Urology Team

After completing medical graduation and initial training in India, Mr Mevcha moved to the UK where he developed his interest in Urology during the early years of his surgical career. 

Mr Mevcha completed Specialist Urological Training in the West Midlands, followed by a Robotic Pelvic Cancer Surgery Fellowship at The Bristol Urological Institute, before joining University Hospitals Dorset as a Consultant Urologist in 2019.

Mr Mevcha's Sub-Specialist interest lies in prostate and bladder cancer diagnosis and minimally invasive treatment, including robotic prostatectomy, robotic and/or open cystectomy and urinary diversion procedures. 

Mr Mevcha believes in a patient centred and individually tailored approach for care instead of one size fits all approach.
